- Check that Plan Requirement (Course) exists for the Program Plan which the student enrolled to.
- If #1 exists, check if the Course is available when the student or RIO Internal User switches to "View All Courses".
- If the Course is available as part of the "View All Courses" but not within the recommended Course to enroll (when "View All Courses" mode is off), check if the Pathway Unit is set up accordingly and if the student are viewing the Courses list based on the correct pathway term number.
