This module revolves around student support requests.
This feature allows students to raise requests (e.g. request for absence, appeal of results, etc.) from the Student Community.

What will be evaluated
You must login to the Student Community as the student, and head to 'Cases' to submit a Student Request Case.
- Find the student Contact record, where you will be able to login to the portal as the student.
Once the Case has been submitted, the created record should be visible in the internal console.
