The Staff Award object is used to record staff awards/contracts, Start/End Time of contracts, and what award type and level they are on for this contract.

| Award Level | A picklist denoting the level of this award, i.e. 1, 2, 3. |
| Leave Entitlement? |
A checkbox, to track if if this award is entitled to Leave. No additional logic. |
| Union Member | A checkbox denoting if the staff member is a member of a union. |
| Start Date | Award/contract start date. |
| End Date | Award/contract end date. |
| Hours per Day | Used for leave calculations. |
| Minimum Teaching Blocks | Minimum amount of Time Blocks to teach. |
| Minimum Teaching Hours | Minimum amount of hours to teach. |
| Rate Type |

| Award Rate | Award rate. |
| Rate#2 | Secondary rate, used for timesheet activities that may have a separate rate. e.g. Admin tasks for a Teaching Staff member. |
