Housing Extra (object)
Note: This requires the Housing Extension Package.
This object is used for linking a Fee to a student's Housing, so that the student can be billed for accommodation (see use case: Housing for Students).
When creating Housing Extras, you can link to a Fee record, and set a Quantity. These fields are used to create the Fee Line when generating Housing Fees.
You will also need to specify Applicable Term Labels. The Fee will only be applied to Student Fees in matching Terms.
Only Housing Extras with Status = “Submitted” or “Allocated” will be considered.
This object/record is related to any extra allowances that go with housing - e.g. meal plans, parking, etc.

| Fee | Lookup to the Fees (Housing-related fees or group of fees). Note that with Housing version 1.2, you can now link this to Fee record. See here. |
| Quantity | (Housing v1.2) Multiplies fee with quantity of Housing Extra. |
| Applicable Term Labels | (Housing v1.2) Multi-picklist denoting applicable Term labels. Housing Extra fee will only be applied to Terms with matching labels. |

Either 'Allocated' or 'Submitted' must be set as the status, in order to generate Housing Fees. |
