Housing Application (object)
Note: This requires the Housing Extension Package and the RIO Ready: Housing Application Form.
This is a record of a student's application for housing (accommodation), which is automatically generated when the student submits a request via the Student Community.
It is linked to a student's Contact, and tracks their housing request information and current housing status.
It can also have a child Housing Extra record, in order to link it with a Fee.

Important fields

| Student | Lookup to the student's Contact account. |
| Gender | The student's gender (i.e. the university might want to ensure that male students will only be allocated rooms with other male roommates). |
| Program Enrollment |
Lookup to the student's Program Enrollment. It finds related Student Fees via the PE Pathway. |
| Application Submission Date | Date the student submitted this application for housing. |
| Arrival date | Date of the student's arrival and departure. Defines the duration of stay of the student. |
