Financial Aid and Disbursement Data

These are the minimum data required to import Financial Aid/Disbursement Data records. Of course, different customers may track different amount of data, in which more fields can be included in the extract.
Funding Allocation Details

| Funding Type | Yes | Indicates the type of the funding for example “Financial Aid”. |
| Funding Category | Indicates the category of the funding for example “Merit”. | |
| Status | Yes | Indicates the status of the funding for example “Requested, Approved, Rejected”. |
| Contact | Yes | Usually the student record ID or the key that can be used to link the funding details to the student record. |
| Program Enrollment | Yes | Usually the program enrollment record ID or the key that can be used to link the funding details to the program enrollment record. |
| Program Application/Application | Usually the program application record ID or the key that can be used to link the funding details to the program application record. | |
| Amount | Yes | The total amount of the Funding for the student. |
| Start Date | The validity of the funding. | |

| If there are more details required to be migrated (more columns), please include them into the export file. Custom fields can be created in Salesforce/RIO Education to store these additional details. | ||
Disbursement Details
