In Custom Setting - RIO Education Settings, the following items are configurable and it's best to understand the behaviour and other dependent settings.

1. Auto Clone CC For Fail

This automation to clone the CC also depends on these CC fields (AND):

• Release Grades = TRUE.
• Enrollment Status = Completed.

If the setting for 'Auto Complete on Release Grades' (FALSE), the user will need to manually update the Enrollment Status in order to trigger the cloning automation.

2. Auto Clone CC For Withdrawn

The CC will be auto cloned based on the exact match of Enrollment Status (API=Withdrawn). In the event that the status needs to be changed, change the label name but not API name.

Following error will be produced if the API name is relabeled too - Enrollment Status: bad value for restricted picklist field: Withdrawn
