Prerequisites

RIO Education is installed in Salesforce.

Step 1: Install RIO Education Reporting (US) / Financial Aid package

Please install the financial aid package using the Installation URL: 

Production: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5g000000lTFI (version 1.5)

Sandbox: https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5g000000lTFI (version 1.5)

Step 2: Assign Permission Set

Select either one of the following permission sets to the designated user.

• REDU - Financial Aid Admin: This permission set provides all the read and write accesses to the related objects and fields in this package.
  
  
• REDU - Financial Aid Non Admin: This permission set provides read-only access to the related objects and fields in this package.

Step 3: Update Page Layouts

Go to the following objects and update the page layout to expose the fields for financial aid.

• Contact.
• Funding‍.
• Program Enrollment‍.
• Funding Allocation‍.
• Disbursement.
• Payments‍.

Step 4: Configure Custom Setting

Set the values to the parameters in Financial Aid Configuration custom setting.
