Login Salesforce with MFA
Learn how to securely access your Salesforce account with Multi-Factor Authentication.
Log in to Salesforce using the Email address and password provided to you. For a new user, a Salesforce account verification email will be sent to the registered email address, and you will be directed to set a new password.
For first-time login to Salesforce, a verification code will be sent to your email address. Copy the verification code in the email to key in at the login screen.
If you have forgotten your password, request a password reset need to trigger by the system Administrator from your user account, you will receive a password change email notification in your registered email.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the <Forgot your Password?> screen option, but this will require you to enter a security question.
After verifying successfully, the screen will prompt you to choose the verification method. Please select option <Use verification codes from an authenticator app> if you are not using Salesforce built-in authenticator.
** At this point, you should have the Authenticator app installed on your mobile device.
Click Continue it will prompt a second screen to Connect an Authenticator App. Launch the Authenticator app on your mobile device, click on the <Add Account> then use the option to <Scan QR Code>
After your account is added to the Authenticator, you will get the <6 digits> Verification Code to key in as shown in the screen below.
Lastly, click on the Connect button to log in Successfully into Salesforce.
