Unable to find the Digital Experience site in the RIO Education App Launcher.

Resolution

The Digital Experience site can be accessed internally via the App Launcher for users who are members of the site. 

If you do not see it, review this article in here, to check that your setup is correct.

If your setup is confirmed to be correct and yet the Digital Experience site is still missing, you will then need to request the SF support team to enable this feature following the steps highlighted in that article.

Note: You can also consider getting the SF support team to enable this in all your sandboxes/production in advance.
