You may wish to change the columns/fields displayed on the tables displayed in the My Program module.

The My Pathway table can display fields from the Plan Requirement and Course Offering objects. The My Results table can display fields from the Course Connection object.

This article outlines how to add the Enrollment Status field to the My Results table.

Guide

Not all fields are available to be added to the field set provided by the product (rio_ed__MyProgram_ResultTable), such as the Enrollment Status field. To be able to use any field on the Course Connection object, you will need to create a new field set and override the field set defined in the My Program component's Course Connection Result Field Set API Name field.

1. Create a new Field Set on the Course Connection object.

Enter a Field Set Label and a Field Set Name. Note the Field Set Name for Step 3.

2. Drag the desired fields into the ‘In the Field Set’ box. This will replace the product's field set.

3. Open the Digital Experience Builder for the Community portal.

Navigate to the My Program | My Program (Student) page view. Select the RIO Ed - My Program (Aura) component.

In Course Connection Result Field Set API Name, replace the default value rio_ed__MyProgram_ResultTable with the Field Set API Name from Step 1. Enable ‘Use Custom Field Set For Result’ if it is not enabled already.

Click Publish and view the portal as a student. The new column should now be displayed.
