Overview

The Career Placement Match feature matches student skills and course history to available job or internship opportunities. The feature aims to boost graduates' employment rates, and transforms a standard Student Information System from a “record keeper” and “educator” to a “career launcher”.


Use Case

In many education institutes, students are lost once they need to find internship or after their graduation from the program. This causes students to delay their graduation and causes a lot of issues such as inefficiency for the management team.

The AI career feature allows users to receive the top 3 suggestions based on the student's statistics for career pathway. 

This can help not only the students, but also the staff to quickly understand the student's best recommendation and provide support to the student faster.


The Problem:

Graduated Students are lost when finding internship or jobs after graduation, some students do not have any clue from the beginning. Some students will get rejected due to the results or experiences listed on the resume or transcript when finding different jobs or different experience from course taken.

The AI Job Recommendation feature enables user to generate a structured summary by sending 


The Solution:

AI Job Recommendation feature helps to recommend students suitable jobs or industries they can work in. Greatly reducing the need for students to keep scrolling on job finding apps or websites while also being able to save time for both staff and students.

In short, AI ensures a smooth flow of student's transition from course studying to actual working environment.

These are the data fields that will be sent to AI for the AI analysis and recommendation process.


Scenario

In this Scenario, Student John Doe had completed his courses and was looking forward to find a job for his internship.

In real life scenario, John was feeling lost as he do not know what he is good in and which job is suitable for himself. The worst case scenario here will be John ending up not being able to find any jobs for his internship and delay his study progress.

 

In such cases, the AI job recommendation solves all the issues mentioned. The recommendation provided by AI is based on student's past study performance and is reliable with a high confidence level.

First, the user just have to enter the student's record page and find the AI analysis button(normally located at the top of the page).

 

After clicking, the confirmation popup will appear, user can view the payload with the data fields that will be sent to the AI for analysis and recommendation.

Once the user is confirmed, they can click on the “Confirm” button to start the analysis.

After a few seconds, the results will be displayed as below:


The Results:

Students can find jobs that fit them easier and faster. Saves time for students and education institutions themself. The employment rate of the education Institution can also be increased.

AI will also display their most suitable jobs, career path and industry with a numerical suitability score.
