Step 3: Inform the customer to verify the S-Docs license has been increased accordingly. Then, they can proceed to assign the license to their user through Manage Licenses. Customer Org Name: xx ← This can be retrieved from the Company Profile of the customer's SF org (PROD)

Customer Org ID: xx ← This can be retrieved from the Company Profile of the customer's SF org (PROD)

Number of S-Docs Users (additional): xx 

Activation Date: Today ← Or 

 

Please provision the above in the sandbox too.

Org ID: xx ← This can be retrieved from the Company Profile of the customer's SF org (Sandbox)

 

Step 2: Wait for the response from S-Docs has been provisioned to Production.

S-Docs will response to us and telling us the keys are setup in the customer's org and they are ready for assignment.

You can check the license count at the SDocs installed package.

 

Step 3: Inform the customer to verify the S-Docs license has been increased accordingly. Then, they can proceed to assign the license to their user through Manage Licenses.

 

Step 4: Update our internal SF Account with the latest S-Docs license count

To update customer org account's S-Docs license count field.
