Description

This class prevents both the deletion of locked Fee Lines and the following fields on a locked Fee Line from being updated - Unit Enrollment Fee Amount, Discount Amount, Funding Assistance, Other Amount, Upfront Payment Amount and Funding Assistance 2.

It also prevents a locked Fee Line from being unvoided (Void being changed from true to false).
