Evaluation Response Detail (object)
This object represents the answer for all questions in an evaluation.
Each Evaluation Response should look up to an Evaluation Item question, and have an answer in the appropriate Value field.
Important Fields

| Evaluation Response | The parent Evaluation Response. |
| Evaluation Item | The parent Evaluation Item. |
| Text Value | For any short text answer, including single picklist values or multi-picklists. |
| Long Text Value | For long text answer. |
| Number Value | For numerical answers, ratings, or NPS. |
