How does the Salesforce bell icon work in RIO Education Digital Experience, and how do I 'push' the notification to them in the Digital Experience?

Resolution

Salesforce has its own Notification Builder. The default notifications can be found inside your Salesforce org under "Notification Delivery Settings".
