Recommended Skill Set 

Participants should have the following skill sets:

1. Knowledge and experience in the Higher Education industry vertical.
2. Experience in using Salesforce. Having Salesforce Certification is a plus.
3. Experience in using Salesforce data loader.
4. Experience with other Student Information System (SIS) or Student Record System (SRS) is a plus.

Pre-requisites

Prior to taking this test, participants MUST complete the following:

1. RIO v3 Academy Training 
   • Self-paced learning through articles and recordings.
   • Estimated Time to Complete: 10-15 hours.
     
      
2. RIO Challenge 
   • Self-paced exercises feature by feature
   • Estimated Time to Complete: 8-10 hours
   • You can check your RIO Challenges progress in our Leaderboard.
     
      
3. RIO Recipe Training 
   • SIS implementation project delivery methodology
   • Estimated Time to Complete: 10-15 hours
