This is an official request that the students can file to appeal for the results that they have obtained for their Courses, and to re-review the results.
Fiona has obtained her result/grade for the Course 'Manage Meeting' and she is not confident with it. She can login to the Student Community and file an formal appeal to the institution to re-look into her results. The information captured from this form are:
