Training Session 1 - Master Data Management
Who: IT Team, Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we will cover the foundation setup of RIO and how the institution's data will look in RIO. For example, this is a standard Master Data Setup using our fictional RIO University as an example.
Duration: 1 hour.

Training Session 2 - Admission/Application
Who: IT Team, Admission team, Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we are going to cover the institution's current and updated admissions process for different variations of applications.
Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours (subject to any additional customizations if any).

Training Session 3 - Enrollment and Session Scheduling
Who: IT Team, Registrar Team, Student Service Team.
What: In this session, we will cover the topics around Students, Program Enrollments, Course Enrollments and Session Scheduling - creating Sessions and Session Times, assigning the Sessions to faculties and facilities, and conflict management.
Duration: 1.5 hours.

Training Session 4 - Fee and Billing
Who: IT Team, Finance team, Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we will cover the billing and payment events and how we interact with Students. Any integration to the finance system will be covered too.
Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours (subject to any additional customizations if any).

Training Session 5 - Appointment Scheduling
Who: IT Team, Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we will cover on the topic on how to schedule appointments between students and faculties and also booking a facilities.
Duration: 1 hour.

Training Session 6 - Student Community
Who: IT Team, Admission Team, Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we will cover the student experience from the RIO Education Portal - viewing Program Enrollment details, Sessions, enrolling into Courses and Sessions, checking on fees and results.
Duration: 1.5 hours.

Training Session 7 - Faculty Community
Who: IT Team, Faculty, Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we will cover the faculty experience from the RIO Education Portal - viewing Sessions, taking attendance and entering grades.
Duration: 1 hour.

Training Session 8 - Assessment/Grade Management
Who: IT Team, Assessment Team (LMS), Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we will cover the assessment and completion of the Courses - updating grades and releasing grades. Any LMS integration should be covered here too.
Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours (subject to any additional customizations if any) 1.5 hours.

Training Session 9 - RIO Administration
Who: IT Team, Registrar Team.
What: In this session, we will cover the standard/basic administration in Salesforce and RIO.
