V4: Why is the Transaction Map not generating automatically?
We have an automation process (SOBJ_CreateTranslationMap_EXE) designed to automatically generate the Transaction Map when a Study Unit, Study Program, Study Session, or Study Offering is created.
If the Transaction Map is not generating automatically, check the following.
For example, if the Transaction Map is not generating for a Study Program:
- Enable Record Value Translation.
- Ensure that the "Enable Record Value Translation" checkbox is enabled in the Custom Settings.
- Ensure that the "Enable Record Value Translation" checkbox is enabled in the Custom Settings.
- Verify Custom Metadata Activation
- Locate the “SOBJ_CreateTranslationMap_EXE” trigger controller and confirm that the Study Program is activated.
- Locate the “SOBJ_CreateTranslationMap_EXE” trigger controller and confirm that the Study Program is activated.
- Check Lookup for Translation.
- Ensure that a lookup field for translation exists in the Study Program.
