How does a student see Course pre-requisites or co-requisites in the Student Portal? 

Resolution

For this, Program Plan Requirement‍ -> Requirement Description must be set with an appropriate text, e.g. "You will need to complete Course XYZ and ABC before you can qualify for this Course". 

The student can then see this in the Student Portal Student when they click on the related Course.
