Overview

After creating a new sandbox that requires RIO team access for setup, testing, or development purposes, the customer will need to log in to the sandbox to create a user for the RIO team.

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup >> Search for Sandboxes >> Click ‘Login’ beside the desired sandbox.
2. Log in to the sandbox using the credentials:
   1. Username: Your production username with the postfix .{sandbox name}.
   2. Password: Same as your production login password.
3. After logging into the sandbox, navigate to Setup >> Search for Users.
4. Create a new user with the appropriate license and profile (recommended: System Administrator profile, as most setup and development actions require high-level permissions).
5. Use devpool@wdcigroup.net as the email.
6. Check the Generate new password and notify user immediately checkbox.
7. Notify the RIO team with the username that has been configured.
