Description
Question 1:
When will the Booked Place be calculated for Course Offering and Session?
Question 2:
If a Course Connection is deleted, would RIO Education recalculate the Booked Places at the Course Offering?
Similarly, if a Session Connection is deleted, would RIO Education recalculate the Booked Places at the Session?
Resolution
Answer for Question 1:
For Course Offering, it is based on Course Connection. Booked Place and Waitlisted Place will be calculated upon:
- Creation.
- Delete.
- Change of enrollment status.
For Session, it is based on Session Connection. Booked Place and Waitlisted Place will be calculated upon:
- Creation.
- Deletion.
- Change of enrollment status.
- Change of Session Groups.
Example (at Course Offering level):
The "Booked Places" count is a sum of total Course Connections where their "Enrollment Status" are either Enrolled or Completed.
Whereas the "Waitlisted Places" count is a sum of total Course Connections which have their "Enrollment Status" as Waitlisted.
The same applies to the Session level too.
Answer for Question 2:
Yes to both cases; RIO Education will recalculate the Booked Places.
