Why weren't Bookings created for this date?

Description
I have created a Session, but no Booking was created for a particular date.
For example, the Session runs once a week from September to December, but not all weeks have a Booking (i.e. class).
Resolution
If you have found that Session bookings were not populated for a particular date, check if a Holiday record exists that lands on that particular date.
By default, RIO Education will skip generating Bookings on dates that coincide with a Holiday. For example, if there is a Holiday record created for 11th November (Remembrance Day), then, no Booking will be created for that date.
This is unless the 'Ignore Holidays' checkbox is manually checked on each Session Time before generating Bookings.
You can retroactively generate Bookings for a date with missing Bookings by following these steps:
- Open the Session Time records that take place on the day of the week that the Holiday is scheduled on.
- Check 'Ignore Holidays' and save.
- Open the respective Session records.
- Change 'Booking Status' to 'Create/Update Bookings' and save.
