Overview

The Course Re-attempt functionality enables users to reattempt a completed individual enrollment.

This feature uses a quick action button, accessible from either the contact record page or as a global action, to launch a screen flow for selecting the course and term to reattempt.

The flow will search for the study offering that corresponds to the selected course and term, subsequently creating a new individual enrollment under the chosen study offering. 

What's included

Flow:

1. A custom flow named ‘REDU_Course_Re_attempt’ allows users to launch from either a quick action on the contact page or a global action to select the student, term, study unit, and study offering for re-attempt.

Quick Action:

1. A global action that embeds a flow from the Aura components.
2. An action button that should be placed on the contact record page.

Permission Set:

1. A permission set containing the necessary permissions to use the components, which needs to be assigned to faculty or admins who will be using this feature.
