Overview

This functionality contains components that allow students to apply for scholarships through the Community Site, as well as allowing admin users to send scholarship offers to successful applicants and students to then accept those offers.

Note that as part of the package we only include the flows. The actual implementation would require the Community Site to be configured with a page where this scholarship application flow can then be placed for the user to access.

What's included:

Flows:

REDU Scholarship Application - allows students to apply for available scholarships. When completed, it will generate Individual Funding Allocation related to the Scholarship (Study Funding) that was selected.

REDU Scholarship Acknowledgement Form - allows students to accept any scholarship offers. When completed, it will update the status of the Individual Funding Allocation records created by the application flow to Accepted.

Email Template:

An email template for sending out scholarship offers to students with a link to the “REDU Scholarship Acknowledgement Form” flow.

Permission Set:

Permission Set containing the necessary permissions to use the components which needs to be assigned to student Community users in order for them to apply for and accept scholarships.
