Overview

This article provides a guide to setting up the Scholarship Application components after installing RIO Ready V4: Scholarship.
 

Permission (Objects/Fields/Apex Classes/User permission)

Grant the necessary permissions for each component to users. Ensure these are assigned to the relevant profiles or permission sets.

Flow Activation

1. Login to Salesforce and go to “Setup”.
    
2. From Setup, click on Home.
    
3. In the Quick Find box, enter Flows. Click on Flows.  
    
4. Click on REDU Scholarship Application.
    
5. Click on Activate.
    
6. Click on REDU Scholarship Acknowledgement Form.
    
7. Click on Activate.

Custom Digital Experience Setup

Follow the steps below to include scholarship application flow into Digital Experience Page.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences.
    
2. Go to All Sites and then “RIO Education Community”, and click on "Builder".
    
3. In the community builder, click the top menu and “+ New Page”.
    
4. Click “Standard Page”, use the preconfigured page to create 3 pages below:
   1. Preconfigured page: My Transcript
      • Name: My Application
      • URL: my-application
         
   1. Preconfigured page: Scholarship Application
      • Name: Scholarship Application
      • URL: scholarship-application
         
   2. Preconfigured page: Scholarship Acknowledgement
      • Name: Scholarship Acknowledgement
      • URL: scholarship-acknowledgement
         
5. Navigate to the new pages created above >> Properties, update the following details:
   • Page Access =  Requires Login
   • Tick the option “Override the default theme layout for this page.”. Set the Theme Layout as “Student”.
