Description
This class links the Program Application's related Funding Allocation to the correct Enrollment when the application's Status is changed to Approved.
Use case
When a student's request for scholarship (Funding) is approved, it will be allocated to help offset/pay their Student Fees of the Courses they enrolled in a Program.
