Terms
A Term can be most commonly associated with semesters. It is a period of study in which selected Courses will be held for that specific period of time.
For example, RIO University has determined that it will have 2 semesters per year, starting every March till June, and again from end of August till December, so it has to have a start date, end date, enrollment open date, and census date for every semester.
If RIO University wants to implement an online Term basis for one annual year consecutively without a census date, that option is also available.
This is the sample data for the Terms which will be filled in the data template like this:
As you can see, all years have 2 semesters each, with semester 1 starting from 01/03/202x - 29/06/20x, and semester 2 starting from 30/08/202x - 28/12/202x. The census date and enrollment open date are also specified.
