RIO Ready: Student Request - Extension of Assessment Form
This is a formal request for delaying the completion or submission of an assessment task after the deadline.
Fred (Student) was sick for a week due to COVID and could not finish his assignment on time. Fred goes into the Student Community and files a formal request to extend the deadline of the assignment to the institution for further action, so that he will not be penalized for late submission. The information captured from this form are:
