RIO Ready: Student Request - Grievance Form
A grievance or complaint may be made against any of the institution's decisions, actions, or processes that may include concerns over such matters as application procedures, including education agents, discrimination, harassment, etc.
Fred (Student) had a bad experience with the agent who is handling his admission. Fred goes into the Student Community and files a grievance form to the institution for further action. The information captured from this form are:
