Description

Scholarship allocation to the student is not working.

This issue is related to Funding, with the Funding Type = Scholarship not being allocated to student:

  • Missing Funding-Fee Line under the Student Fee.

Resolution

The following are a few places that are worth checking to ensure that it fulfills the automated allocation (AND):

  • Funding Allocation.Status = Approved .

  • Funding Allocation.Amount per Term != EMPTY OR Funding Allocation.Amount != EMPTY .

  • Funding Allocation.Start Date >= Student Fee.Due Date >= Funding Allocation.End Date .
    • *Date (Calculated) fields will be used by default if there is no override.

  • Student Fee.Due Date > TODAY .
