RIO Ready V4: Course Re-attempt Setup

This article provides a guide to setting up the Course Re-attempt after installing RIO Ready V4: Course Re-attempt.
Prerequisite
Install the RIO Ready V4 - Course Re-attempt: [Install from here].
Post-installation Setup
Permission (Objects/Fields/Apex Classes/User permission)
Grant the necessary permissions for each component to users. Ensure these are assigned to the relevant profiles or permission sets.

Page Layout
To place the button on the contact record page:

Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Contact > Page Layouts > select the page layout where the Course Re-Attempt button should be added.

In the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section, click on the settings icon at the bottom right corner if the button components are not visible.

Drag the Course Re-Attempt button from the available actions list to the desired location in the layout.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Global Action
To place the button as a global action:

Navigate to Setup. In the Quick Find box, search for Publisher Layouts and select the publisher layout where you want to add the Course Re-Attempt button.

In the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section, click the settings icon at the bottom-right corner if the button components are not visible.

Drag the Course Re-Attempt button to the desired location in the layout.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
